A couple of months before, I was sponsored by my company to attend a workshop called ‘ The Champion’s Mindset’. The 2-day programme talked about how to design your life, your goals, your priorities and how to move towards, getting some inferences, quotes and examples from the sports world. One of the speakers is an ex-cricketer turned banker turned writer, whose novel on a school cricket team turned as big success is also made into a movie ( Read my review on the film: ttp://pavanscorpio.wordpress.com/2011/01/18/golconda-high-school-a-must-watch-movie/).
One of the videos, they have shown in the work shop is one great piece. Though it is from a very sports context. Observe their body language, their sense of confidence and their righteous arrogance…which makes them say loudly ” Pick me”.
Though some of the feats in the video, I think are fake, One thing is clear. With great focussed hard work, comes great talent and mouting confidence.
