Listening to Lucky Ali collection, all of the songs, one after the other. What a singer he is! I think only a Jagjit Singh and a Lucky Ali has the magic in their voice, to get ur so-called peaceful solitude in a matter of minutes. Lucky’s voice has that magic that goes deep into your soul. It can make you feel lost in yourself.

Just closed my eyes, all those petty fights that happened at work place, all those trivial tensions, end less expectations on oneself, on others, on life….everything are going like a cine reel. Took a deep breath, with Lucky bhai’s voice in my ears, with a smile on my face. I said to my heart and to my mind – All is Well.

Don’t worry! Good times are here for you. Welcome to the Brand New Celebrity League of India! Its not movie stars, sports champions, models or socialites any more. It’s the murderers, convicts, terrorist suspects, outlaws or scamsters rule the roost now. This is the Maria Susaraijs kind of world now.

The logic is simple. Either you should be convicted in a big time murder or a scam, where the entire media is after. You should get a bail after numerous rejects. All the prime TV channels like NDTV and other should dedicate one slot to discuss on this. There should be one small poll to be conducted, whether you should be convicted or not. Boom!

You are the new celebrity, who is now ready to rock to the charts.  Money and fame ( or defame, I am confused) is after you. Various channels make a queue outside your house to take an interview from you. Roles in reality shows, above all, BigBoss will be waiting for you. TRPs goes up, your fan base increases, more offers.

And then, baap of all the chances, Bollywood is waiting for you. Numerous small and big directors might have already spun some scripts around your case. And you might be in the lead role. who knows?

Jokes apart, is this kind of society, I prefer to live in? where the law and justice walks at a snail pace and most of the times blind folded in identifying the real culprits. In a media driven society, where the thick difference between good and bad is almost invisible.

I know, by the time my blog gets published, there might be some fan clubs for some of the new media-found celebrities who are hitting the lime light in the last 10 days.

I represent one of the thousands of faint voices of India, who is frustrated with the current happenings of India. Let’s raise our voice and say a big NO to them who did all the wrong things in life and is getting all the right fame, they don’t deserve and to the media who is making them BIG.

As petrol price hike never stop and there is a common shock again today too. 25 paisa hike again. OK, hyderabadis are indifferent to it. No more voices of common man raising, no more harthals, no more uproars on the fuel hike these days.

Good for Government, to mint monies, as there is no tomorrow.

I have been a regular cyclist since my school days and I didn’t change even when I shifted to bikes for commuting. I think it is time for everyone to get cycling as part of their lives. Good exercise aside, this will at least save your budgets burning on fuel.

Starting a cycling club is my mind too…waiting for the right time!

Coming back to my weekend plans, there are much awaited movies in line to watch. What to watch first! I’d love to watch AB and ‘Buddahpan’ first. The film is declared a hit already. AB – The God!

I don’t know, why ‘Delhi Belly’ didn’t excited me, since its name declaration. Might be Imran Khan. But yes, I will watch on this Sunday.

Need to finish reading my lent book from British Library – Naked Economics, a satirical view on the current economic situation. Also, I am missing myself in touch with many of my close friends. A call or a meeting with a couple of mine is a must to do this Sunday.

Hmmm….yeah, plans are after all plans, they will be in writing unless you act upon it.

So, lot of things to this weekend. Back to work now, some one is peeping in my work space.

This has been the pattern for the last 10 years ( or infact or more than that). While, every film SBU in India or the audience of it pan Telugu cinema for its non-sensical, commercial formulaic entertainers for having no strong story or the screen play, the recent no show at National Awards, with Tollywood returning empty handed is like a one-tight slap.

No doubt, Telugu movie industry is the second biggest in India, with number of films produced, the kind of investments etc. But that is the end of  the term bigger. Previously, there has been strict difference between sensible cinema and commercial cinema. Now, all we watch is numerous predictable commercial pot boilers, with one or two rare gems in a year or two, coming with a commercial sensible blends. But there is no guarantee that they will be of commerical success.

What is the reason behind the journey from worse to worst?

They say that never ever get attached to the place you work for, because that’s a professional relationship. That’s all?.

I don’t think so, because, in a day of 24 hours, you spend 6-8 hours sleeping, 1-2 hours for your mundane stuff, 1-2 hours for commuting and rest of it at home. But the remaining of the time, 50% of it you spent it a work place. It is like your second home. So, there is always a string of attachments, emotions tied to it, persons you work around, memories you shared with them, cannot be given a miss, right??

I received a very touching and a memorable farewell from my team members and the farewell speech from my boss is still ringing in my ears.

Moving forward, I had a very planned weekend, which went on in shopping for the work clothes etc.

Sunday, I watched the much-awaited actioner ‘ Fast Five’. Oh man!! what a movie that was!! I have enjoyed each and every frame of it. It’s time to celebrate the might macho manhood. Men are back!!

On Monday, I stepped into my new phase of work life. My stint at Magna Quest started!! Tons of hopes and expectations are all over.Let’s how it goes. And BTW, I am enjoying my first 5-day week starting tomorrow after 2.6 years. So……lets connect back!

This reminds us of the fact, we, the human race, how progressed or advanced we are, how adamant we are in saying that we are the supreme race on the earth, till date, we couldn’t take a chance to beat the nature or couldn’t judge its movements accurately. Mother Nature is full of surprises. It carries a balanced package of unending beauties and ever-frightening disasters/calamities. Now matter, how the human tries to trick the nature all through the generations, we are tiny in fact nothing before it. And to prove that, Japan has been the example. The most developed nation in the world in all sectors is geographically surrounded by volcanoes and is the most seismic-sensitive zone in the world ( Earth quakes in Japan accounts to 20% of the world).

But Japan all through the world history, has been most inspirational in terms of progress and prosperity. Post world war II, the modern Japan born from the ashes from Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Just like the mythical Pheonix, who borns from its own ashes and take a new life, the greatest comeback cases of the world are all associated with Japan.

Japaneese true love for their country is the strong reason behind their progress. I am very confident that Japan will overcome this damage and come back in no time.

From this side of world, we, everyone are cared about you, guys. Meanwhile, the news of prospective Tsunami alerts for the other Pacific countries is really alarming.

I am loving it. . Dexter – season 5 is on roll and I couldnot stop love watching it. Yesterday, I came to know that there are millions of fans for this serial, which has been on air since 2006. I am not a TV serials guy ( On TV, I love to watch TLC and our own NDTV Good Times), I for the last 2-3 years, started watching ‘Friends’ episodes again and again ( bought a DVD collection of it) and Two and a Half Men.Dexter caught my attention two months back, when I am travelling from Mumbai to Hyderabad, a c0-traveller beside my seat, started watching an episode of it during mid night in his mobile. I got disturbed by the light, looked into his mega screen mobile and couldn’t turn my eyes back. He told me that this is getting aired in Fox Crime.

What is Dexter about?  Dexter is a  forensic expert called Dexter Morgan, who is a likable forensic expert in Miami Police. He believes in fair justice. To ensure that, he turns as a serial killer in nights, hunting and killing those guilty who are convicted by the law, with no evidence. Dexter’s day-time personality is cool, uber, witty and amiable, while night-time serial killer personality turns so ruthless, cold and so focussed in man slaughtering  – the right kind of justice, he believes in for those escapists from law.Since 2006, this American TV crime series hit the top of the charts constantly. Also, a recipient of two Golden Globe Awards, is a racy, gripping and engaging crime drama.

Michael.C.Hall, who is the Dexter, is almost in looks similar to my favorite Jason Bourne ( on the other hand, anxiously waiting for the next Jason franchise).

Started watching from Season 1 online, I found this crime drama amazing. I suggest for all those to watch it. You just gonna love it!!

I was waiting all the while, to witness the  grand Oscars ( on TV ofcourse) and woke up very early around 4 AM, not to the miss the action from the beginning. It seems like all of the movies have equal chance to win the Best Film this time ( personally,my vote is for ‘Inception’).

In the best actor’s category, all of them stood a fairly equal chance with Jeff Bridges and Colin Firth at the lead. After watching ‘The King’s Speech’, I was all for Colin Firth, who deserved an Oscar this time ( last year, he was nominated for his act in ‘Single Man’, which is also a powerful performance.)

My favorite actor Christine Bale, got his academy recognition ( Best Supporting Actor for his role as junkie brother in ‘The Fighter). I always believe that his performance is always under-rated ( Please check his performances in ‘The Machinist’, ‘Prestige’ etc). His role in ‘The Fighter’ solidifies the fact, he is the almost the likes of Tom Hanks, who goes into the skin of character. Jeremy Renners performance in ‘The Town’ is simply superb. But that couldn’t take any chances before Bale’s magnamious act. I am so happy for him.

Natalie Portman, I think, she has all the probabilities or possibilities to take Oscar home ( which happened actually). I think this is the only main category, which is truly dominated and is destined to get Oscar (Best Actor). My suggestion, do watch, ‘Black Swan’ immediately, if you didn’t for Natalie’s performance.

Boring!! is what I can say about this year’s Oscar show. Not at all in the lines of 2009 and 2010. Anna Hathway did her best to save it, but a waste. Year after year, I am really to glad to see more and more Indian faces on the red carpet ( What is Mallika ‘Hissss’ Sherawat doing on the red carpet? .

Net net, there is quite a contrast in the winners of Golden Globe and Oscars this year. Disappointing to see AR Rahman not getting an Oscar though.

One of the videos, they have shown in the work shop is one great piece. Though it is from a very sports context. Observe their body language, their sense of confidence and their righteous arrogance…which makes them say loudly ” Pick me”.

Though some of the feats in the video, I think are fake, One thing is clear. With great focussed hard work, comes great talent and mouting confidence.

I am the ‘Commo Man’ – the super man in my dreams. Everyday, my real face, Subramanya Srinivasa Venkata Gopala Krishna Mohan faces lot of troubles with corruption, harrasment from superiors, foolish laws, very foolish so-called taboos of the society. But when I sleep, my dreams are my script, I am the god of my dreams.

After a tiresome, hectic day, after listening to Boss shouting, colleagues gossips, wife complaints, horn honkings, high volume TV, when I lay on my bed, when I close my eyes… my world starts. You might call it a dream. But there the actual me, aspiring me wakes up.

Is this kind of a movie story? where the hero has multiple personalities. No, this is the story of us. Ask yourself.

In my dream, I am the Conno Man – The man of men. Clad in a stylish black suit, I wear a red chaddi ( i visualise to change chaddis, yesterday was blue) and with a mask. This is my avatar. I go on my Harley Davidson ( in actuals I have a LML Vespa). My weapon is a very stick with lot of magnetic hooks to it. I go into the street with my GADGET in my right hand. As I go, it clenches and hold of each and every opportunist who tried to exploit my silence in my day. Hey, there you go, my boss is on the extreme end. He is struggling like a caught fish.

Oh, no, end of the road….the so called local corporator of our area ( last time, I went to meet him for our street sanity issues. He made me wait for 8 hours and didn’t meet me at last), with his bunch of goons. All having, all the rowdy gadgets in their hands. He ordered his goons to stop and kill me. I raised the speed of my bike and clicked on the FLY button. I am in sky now and now one can touch me, including those bunch of thugs ( I said I cannot fly, but my bike can ).

All through my journey, the rats whcih stuck to my gadget are praying to leave them. I gave them a deaf ear. I took them to the pig valley – the land of no-return and dropped them there. I didnt look back. Because, I am the Conno Man.

When I was about to land my super bike on the ground…it crash landed…I fell down frm my bed. Damn its 630 AM again.

‘Ey Subramanya, get the milk, u lazy bugger!!”, My mom from the kitchen.

I had this tiny smile on one corner of my face.

” I will dream the same dream again today. Today, my victims will be my landlord, who is increasing house rent without reason, my cable operator, who gives worst service and still demands for money on the first of every month and the traffic police at the junction, who stops me every saturday and takes Rs. 100/- from me, even if I have every paper, which allows me to ride my scooter.

On my way now, back to life .
